Ikko noor di upaj hai sari ek da sagal pasara ey; Ikko hi ey sarbyaapi fir vi sabh ton nyara ey. Ikko hai jo ang sang sabhde sabhna da rakhwala ey; Ese ik de pichchhe vekho jag hoya matwala ey. Is srishti de kan kan nun jo apne aap sambhaal rihai; Eho ik ramaz hai jisnun kul zamana bhaal rihai. Ehde bhed nun paunai jekar sadhu de charnan vich ja; Usdi charan dhoorh wich rul ke huzzat shekhi kul mita. Alakh niranjan antaryami gur poora hai jaanan haar; Kahe avtar bina gur poore ho nahi sakda berha paar. |

The whole universe is the creation of the One, the manifestation of the One; Only the One is omnipresent yet distinct from all. He is the One who is with all beings, and the guardian of all; And look, all the people of the world are enamoured of the same One. The One who is sustaining every particle of the universe; This is the One divine secret which all the people of the world are yearning to know. If you wish to know the divine secret of this One, you must seek shelter at the feet of the True Saint; You must become the dust of his feet, give up all your reasoning and boasting. God is invisible, flawless and omniscient, and the perfect True Master knows all; Avtar says, none can transcend the ocean of materialism without the True Master. |
Meaning
Here Baba Avtar Singh ji says, if one wants to know about God, who’s the only creator and guardian of all, one should go to the True Master. Only He knows everything about One Almighty.
